Dream Tending

Dream Tending

Deeply experiential in practice, dreamwork steps away from interpretation. Instead, together we seek to bring your dreams to life.  Explore the deep transformation possible from attending to the part of our lives that is all too often undervalued.

Working with your dreams can help to clarify waking life conflicts, bring a new or wider awareness to areas we feel “stuck” and expand our emotional range, among other benefits. Persistent nightmares can contribute to mental health issues and studies have shown that treatment with dream work has been helpful in alleviating the frequency and impact of nightmares.

I have been a lifelong dreamer myself, and I use a variety of dream tending techniques when working with dreams, acknowledging the dreamer is always the expert of their own dreams.  I have also completed training with other dream workers such as Toko-pa Turner, Christopher Sowton,  Leslie Ellis, Keren Vishny, and Laura Smith-Riva.

“A dream ignored is like a letter unopened” ~ Middle Eastern proverb

“It is fruitless to waste your time trying to understand an external situation unless you also identify the psychological patterns within you that affect it. And it is towards those patterns that your dreams usually point.” ~Robert Johnson
